Hi everyone, I wanted to share a few observations on the micro adjusting clasp for the Speedmaster. The 6 position clasp 117STZ001154 adds a little over 2 links of length at the longest position. - I was on the smallest adjustment on the original clasp. Many Omega fans are now modifying their existing Omegas by replacing the original clasp with the Planet Ocean clasp which is adjustable through 6 positions. The spacing of each of those 6 positions is far smaller than adding or removing a half-link from your Omega's bracelet. I figured out you can make a micro adjustment on the 3861 speedy clasp to make it a little longer. It fits absolutely perfectly now and feels so comfortable. Before I knew about this I barely ever wore the watch and was contemplating selling. My perfect fit requires using the outer position in the clasp also. This clasp works beautifully on the Speedmaster Pro, and it provides exactly the instant corrections needed to maintain a perfectly comfortable fit when changing conditions affect wrist size.
