Basically, the movement of the winding rotor seems a lot more restricted than my Valjoux 7750 watches and my other visible movement watches.
The Super Avenger has an ETA 7750 movement which you need to manually wind to make sure it's fully wound. Wearing a watch doesn't necessarily wind up the movement, it may just keep it partially wound.
