In the past I have experienced issues like some others you'd dig up online - like a dim lcd, no backlight, no EOL indication, no batt flashing, etc. they do not have any inclination to help retain customer satisfaction, even though the response stated they value mine.

Each watch movement then undergoes strict modification and fine-tuning in Breitling's own workshops to maximize reliability and performance. I would say my experience with Breitling has shown they are very reliable. (*) - Note that the Pluton is a quartz watch.
